Established in 1946, the People's Daily is an official newspaper of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party. It provides direct information on the policies and viewpoints of the Chinese Communist Party.

人民日報於1946年起發行，為中國共產黨中央委員會的機關報，內容代表中國官方立場，在中國大陸境內有廣泛影響力。
