This database includes the full text of works from the Siku Quanshu. The entire collection includes numerous ancient books from the pre-Qin period to the early Emperor Qianlong in Qing Dynasty, covering almost all academic fields of ancient China. It also includes works written with the participation of Western missionaries, including books on mathematics, astronomy, instruments, and machinery introduced from the West to China.
