USER EDUCATION / LIBRARY SERVICES
- Self Registration for Library Orientation
In view of the encouraging response of new students registering their own Library Orientation session last year, we continue to offer this service in this semester. Starting from Week 2 (8 Sep 2014), new undergraduate and postgraduate students will be able to login the Library Orientation System to select sessions they want to join. We offer sessions from 10:30am to 4:30pm Monday to Friday for the whole week. Besides, students may also register to join Library Tours and know the Library on the go! Click here to register a session.
- Wherever You’re, You Can Virtually Attend a Library Orientation
If you missed the opportunity to join our Library Orientation sessions, or if you want to recap what have been discussed in our sessions, or whatever reasons, you may just spend a couple of minutes watching our Virtual Orientation video. You will discover creditable information sources for your projects and assignments, know where to find the facilities that allow you to study privately, collaborate with classmates, or enjoy a cup of coffee etc. And of course, you will get to know the key services that the Library provides!
- Meet the Student Rovers
Friendly and welcoming Student Rovers will rove around the Library to reach out users who require assistance, IT support, help in locating books or finding information on the Library Homepage, etc.
Do ask them anytime when you have a question, and of course, you may approach any counters in the Library whenever you need help.
