About the student speaker
William Kwok-on Chan is a 3rd year Undergraduate student majoring in Environmental Engineering and Sustainable Development and pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering. He is currently a board member and the Education Programme Coordinator of Wikimedia Community User Group Hong Kong, where the User Group is a recognized movement affiliate of the Wikimedia Foundation and the Wikimedia Movement.
