Updates of REC Research Carrels (Room C1-12)

Effective October 17, 2017, the booking policy and use guidelines of REC Research Carrels C1-12 will be revised as follows:

Eligible Users

  • PolyU Academic, Research, and Equivalent Status Administrative Staff
  • Research Postgraduate Students
  • Visiting Scholars & Fellows, Visiting Staff and Visitors with valid PolyU smart card

Duration of Sessions

Term Time Mon-Sat
  • Session 1:  8:30:00 – 10:30:00 (2 hours)
  • Session 2:  10:30:01 – 18:30:00 (8 hours)
  • Session 3:  18:30:01 – 22:30:00 (4 hours)
  Sundays
  • Session 1:  12:00:00 – 18:30:00 (6.5 hours)
  • Session 2:  18:30:01 – 21:30:00 (3 hours)
Revision & Examination Period Mon-Sun
  • Session 1:  8:30:00 – 10:30:00 (2 hours)
  • Session 2:  10:30:01 – 18:30:00 (8 hours)
  • Session 3:  18:30:01 – 22:30:00 (4 hours)
