EconBiz is a joint project of the German National Library of Economics (ZBW) and the University and City Library of Cologne (USB Köln).  During the start-up phase the project was supported by the German Research Foundation (DFG). EconBiz is continuously improved through co-operation with other institutions and with the active support of the EconBiz Advisory Board.

User Guide

EconBiz comprises:

  • a search for full texts on the Internet,
  • a calendar of events in economics and business studies,
  • the reference service EconDesk.

The EconBiz news section and the EconBiz newsletter keep you up-to-date on these and other new developments.


Important Notes:

  • Users should not use Virtual Private Network (VPN) service when accessing e-resources from off campus. This may trigger suspension of user's account.
  • For security reason, you are advised to change NetPassword regularly via IdPortal and follow the password rules. Please visit the ITS website for details.
