Miss CHAN Kwai Nga, Becky Assistant Librarian II (User Experience and Outreach) Becky began working at PolyU Library in Feb 2014. She received her Bachelor of Science degree in Information Management from the University of Hong Kong and her Master's in Knowledge Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.   Becky helps conducting events and activities to infuse the Library into campus life. She also promotes e-learning initiative in collaboration with faculty. To gauge user needs, Becky takes part in collecting user feedback through a variety of sources as well as coordinating library publications and maintaining web communication channels.
