Due to the growing demand for private study space for the revision and examination period, effective April 15, 2017, 13 specific REC research carrels (A1-4 and A7-15) will be available for advanced booking by all PolyU students. For details, please refer to the Reservation Policy and Use Guidelines.
[Exhibition] Buddies’ University: A Flagship Programme of The PolyU Volunteers

Set up in Sep 2015, “The PolyU Volunteers” now has close to 1,000 members, mainly comprising of students, staff, alumni, and former staff. A wide variety of service opportunities are made available for volunteers with different expertise and interests.
“Buddies’ University 老友記上大學”, a flagship programme of “The PolyU Volunteers”, was launched in May 2016. We welcome the elderly from 18 Districts of Hong Kong to experience university life, and to learn more about PolyU and its contributions to the community.
Come and visit the exhibition and share the joy of the elderly - they toured our campus, attended lecture on health related subjects and enjoyed their lunch in our canteen.

Please note that the Library also operates a 24-hour Study Centre on the G/F. The Centre is accessible via the Core E entrance after Library closes, and users are required to present their valid PolyU staff / student ID cards to the security guard before entering.

Due to shelving and seating re-arrangement in Room L019, L404 and L501 from 5 Apr – 30 Jun, the Library will relocate books and bound journals according to the schedule below:
